Once you have placed a booking with us we will send you and invoice to confirm the booking.
The Invoice is valid only for 24 hours from the time issued.

We shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill the contract due to reasons attributable to the client, such as passport or visa issues. We do not accept responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from various factors including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or governmental actions.
Cancellations / Refunds
No foreign currency refunds can be made as a result of prohibitive government procedures pertaining to such bank transfers. Therefore, once payment is made, you accept that no refunds will be made.
Rates
Please send us an inquiry with the block you prefer to visit and the safari type of your choice. One of our representatives will get back to you shortly with the performa invoice.
Rates will be as listed on the Rates column on the booking page and may change periodically based on the ground situation.
The ticket also includes a tracker but it is not guaranteed on an onsite booking.
The ticket rate may fluctuate according to the prevailing dollar rate. * Ticket rate includes 15% VAT + service charge.
Safety and Liability
The safety of the client is of utmost importance to us, for that we have the comfortable 4wd Jeeps.
We provide a First Aid Box to every safari jeep. One jeep can only 6 people.
Not recommended for pregnant travellers.
As the only official team providing safari jeep services affiliated to the wildlife department, we are fully responsible for your safety from the starting point to the end of the trip.
